Flinders Ranges and Hahndorf
This is one of the most professional and experienced tour companies I have travelled with. Every small detail has been covered, from accommodation, meals and places to visit. Sharon and Renata have gone out of their way to ensure there is no stone left unturned on these tours. There is an excellent balance of travel time, sightseeing and downtime. A new tour bus with luggage trailer also caters for morning teas, barbeque lunches and snacks along the way. Extremely convenient and well thought out. All food intolerances are also catered for. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any tour they run. I am looking forward to my third tour with them in 2019, and another also booked for 2020.
Well organised and brilliantly run
Love the crew at Aussie Redback Tours. Well organised and brilliantly run with great humor and care.
Excellent tour, well organised
This was an excellent tour, well organised with lots of attention to details and making sure we all had plenty of time to spend drawing and painting some stunning scenery with the guidance and help from Leonie Norton, our very experienced art tutor. As well as spending time satisfying our artistic needs, Sharon and Renata had devised a programme that also took in many of the spectacular sights around the West MacDonnell Ranges. Accomodation was first class and the meals superb. Thank you Sharon, Renata and Leonie for a memorable week.
Art Tour to Kununurra with Sharon and Renata
I have just finished an art tour to Kununurra with Sharon and Renata, and absolutely loved it.We had one of the best watercolour artists, Greg Allen, teaching us many ways to paint. All the places we visited were amazing to see and Sharon took us to many out of the way places. This lady does a wonderful job and has a great sense of humour. I will be travelling with her again in the near future. Thanks to both Sharon and Renata for a wonderful tour. See you both again soon.
One of the highlights of the trip found us at the spot where Captain Cook landed - spectacular views.
Inaugural tour to Norfolk Island was a full on jam packed tour. As we were trialling tours of this beautiful island we had some ups and downs. The tours arranged were recommended by the travel agent who set out our timetable with some adjustments made by Sharon who suggested some free time to relax.
We were a small group of 8, including Sharon our intrepid leader. With the wisdom of hindsight we now know the best tours which are value for money and most enjoyable. Visit to Colleen McCullough’s house *Hilli Goat Farm tour *Tour of Norfolk Island *Boat cruise * (not for the faint hearted or poor sailor) Night at the Jolly Roger * Night as a convict – good fun with lots of laughs.
One day we hired a van on Sharon’s suggestion and toured the island ourselves. The was one of the highlights of the trip which found us at the spot where Captain Cook landed – spectacular views.
This was a great holiday which I enjoyed in the company of fellow travellers.
Any glitches on the trip were out of the control of Aussie Redback Tours and were very quickly remedied by Sharon.
This was a great holiday destination. I would love to return with Sharon at the helm. Now she knows what tours are available and worthwhile including on a trip to Norfolk Island. And stay at the Castaway, it was fabulous accommodation, especially for the single “girls”.
Well done Aussie Redback Tours.
PS sitting on the back seat of a reversing bus with Sharon is not recommended. Let her be the driver it’s the safest option.
