This red-dirt trip takes you on the Great Central Road which runs from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory to Laverton in Western Australia. We begin by exploring some of the beautiful gorges around Alice Springs, and then the journey takes you to Mt Conner, the Olgas, Ayers Rock, and the iconic Great Central Road in the Great Victoria Desert. After Laverton we continue on through the old mining towns of Leonora, Gwalia, and Menzies, then we spend time in Kalgoorlie visiting the Super Pit, Mt Charlotte, and the bush two-up ring. Our tour finishes in Perth after the final road trip from Kalgoorlie.
These tours are steeped in Australian history – indigenous, mining, agriculture and more. What a great way to learn about this fantastic country that we live in!
